Hey everyone very excited to become a part of the Corvette community.

I just placed my C7 order this Saturday and am very excited.

My order is:
1LT Manual transmission
Torch Red
Z51 Appearance Package
Performance Exhaust
Black Wheels
Carbon flash badges, spoiler, side mirrors

I'm keeping it a pretty basic build as I felt the standard 1LT interior was already very nice and I dont want or need things like navigation, heated seats, etc....

I'm coming from a Scion FR-S so the base 1LT is a like a luxury car already compared to what I have now. The FR-S was a fun car but I have outgrown it. It has many small "ticks" that after a few years grow annoying and besides being a little low on power it has a huge torque dip around 3k RPM that just kills driving it unless you are ******* it around everywhere.

I was going to get the Z51 pack but after really thinking about it I knew that I would never take my car to the track. So in the end I kept the look but saved the cash on the other pieces.

My vette will be my DD and I figured the softer suspension and longer gears would make me happier in the end.

I love going to the track but when I do it is on my Suzuki 600 GSXR.
It is an absolute rush to ride and I am addicted to the experience of riding a motorcycle. But can't ride a motorcycle everywhere all the time and that is where my new baby will come in.

I really think the vette can bring some of the thrill I am missing back into the car experience.
