Barn Find 1960
I would say easily it is worth $15-$20K AS IS. Being that it has a hard top, the value increases by about $2K. Being a 4 speed and not a 3 speed is always a plus. I know it is a 283, but is it a single 4 barrel, 2-4's, Fuel Injection?
With this said, where is the car? If it has sat out like that (depending on where it is) for that long, the frame is probably is very sad shape. Don't be fooled, this car is worth the work, but it is going to need everything! Good news is that the car seems to not be a victim of vandalism or theft. Depending on things the car could be worth $25-$30K easily. I bought a '58 and a '62 combined 3 or so years back. the '58 was $8,500, and the '62 was $21,000.
You can find running and driving C1's for high $30's to low-mid $40's. You can also find them for over $100,000 and way beyond that.
Here is the '60.

Condition is key. Car looks to be fairly original, which will help the value; but sitting for so long has not.
I would say that the car is worth no more $30K without having any more details. Production numbers, number matching, VIN number, etc. All of that factors into the value.
In case you are not aware, Corvettes parts, especially C1 parts are VERY expensive.
It will need the obvious paint and body work, new tires, brakes, interior work, electrical, weatherstripping, chrome work, motor work, etc. Like I said, it will need EVERYTHING.
But again, this is a '60 C1 Corvette! My favorite year!

Sold them before I was able to do anything with them. (offer I couldn't refuse)Here are 2 '54's that I found a few years ago. The maroon one was $25K and the parts car/basket case was $5K.

I also have pictures of a red '59 I went and looked at a few years back. It sat in Missouri for 20 years next to a house. Both tops, yet rodents and other things had chewed the wires, interior, damaged the fiberglass, the snow had ate the frame, and it was just a mess. Motor was locked up. Old lady thought that because she was watching Barrett Jackson, her car was worth a fortune. She was wanting close to $30K. I offered her $20 or $21K and she refused to take it. As far as I know, that '59 still sits in Branson. It is in the hills. Anyways, there are 3 values to a car. Yours, the owners, and the real value. They all need to be relatively close to make a deal.

If my info is right, the odds are 9,669 to 1 that it's NOT mine. I sold it in 1968, I can be patient a little longer until you get around to it.Thanks!

My computer is from 2007, but running on 2003 software. It is slow. I found the pictures, and they are low quality. I know I took better photos, so I am looking for them. I will try to find an empty jump drive to get the pictures uploaded.
