I thought I'd never do it !
It's taken all of 50 years, but I finally managed to purchase another C 2 coupe. My 64 was stolen in 1965 and I promised myself that I would someday get another one. But like so many other things, that day rarely comes around. When you are young,you don't have the money. And when you are old, you don't have the time or opportunity, or once again the money. Well.....the stars must all have properly aligned last week. My wife was searching for a coupe, and found a gem! Hopped in the car, drove 600 miles, made the deal.and drove back the next day. I opened the garage door the next morning and found that it wasn't a dream. We did it. A black plate California coupe, Glen green w/black leather, and a 25 year repair history. Oh ! I almost forgot. Original exterior color code is 900 AA tuxedo black. A day like this only comes around once if you are lucky. I have my wife to thank for all of this. It's great to be back !

Thanks for the welcome. I hope that some of my knowledge from back in the day will be of help to younger members. It's slowly coming back to me, every time that I open the garage door.
