New from FSU
Little about me: I'm a med student over at FSU looking to do a double board in emergency/internal med. Been into cars and motorcycles since I was about 16, had about a dozen motorcycles over the years (I picked them up, rode them for a few months, then sold them for some profit), and for a while was doing pretty regular track days.
Now that school is ramping up I really don't have the time anymore, and quite frankly med school hasn't done wonders for my confidence on two wheels, so I went with the vette to replace my celica.
She looks great, but the synchros on 1-2 are on their way out, as well as kicks me out of reverse. I live about 30 minutes from Mantrans, so I'm having one of their built trannies put in at the end of the month. Diff is whining so I'm having that pulled and looked at in the process. Said to hell with it and am putting the ls7 clutch/flywheel/hydraulics thrown in while I'm at it. Eventually planning on throwing some headers on and having it tuned (there's a great guy locally at Browning), but in the meantime just trying to get her to 100%.
It's awesome to be here, and I look forward to getting involved.
