Default New C3 guy here

SO, I just finished a 2 day, 36 of 48 hrs behind the wheel to pick up a 71 C3, T top, 4 speed for the darling bride.

I've never been much of a chebby guy, but I recently (sort of) built a Corba replica and with the little man, well into a Kelmark.

If you have some spare time, http://www.ultimateclassiccars.com/l...1e253f0#p16163

This was my first since I was a young man deep dive into the under the hood goodies of a car.

Anyway, we got a car that was sort of a barn find, that had a cosmetic and obvious problem resto, so I'll be needing help from those familiar with these cars special little issues.

I guess it's time for me to do some searching before I stir the pot too much

My short term goal is get it registered and fully legal, and add vintage air, then we'll see. I'm guessing before we're done, I'll have a LS- T56 drive train.... I'm a restomod guy.

Pics to follow after I see how and where they should go.

Looks like my plan was pushed forwards a bit. the old girl has no oil pressure at an idle after she's warmed up, so I've started gathering bits
