Looking for the perfect Corvette
Hello! I love my wife so much I plan on getting her the car she has always wanted for our 13th Anniversary. A C6 Z06 or Grand Sport Corvette! She would never get anything for herself, so I will use this site and to learn everything I can so I can get the perfect car for us...I mean her!
I would prefer a private sale, as owners are better sources of information about the cars they are selling. I like to have receipts of work performed, and any weak spot on certain models dealt with. It's not a deal breaker, but it's nice peace of mind.
I look forward to learning everything I can and picking the brains of current owners.

The more I read, the more I am leaning towards an 08+ LS3 car. Grand Sports are alot more money than a low mileage base with options, Z06 may be to much car for my wife. She can drive stick but prefers an automatic. I can get pretty good power with a mild cam and head work down the line if I choose. More colors are available. I know she wants a cyber grey, but I know she will like an atomic orange as well. So many choices. Alot of well taken care of cars out there to choose from.
