Hi my name is Mike and I have been a Corvette nut since childhood, some say I haven't left childhood. I hear growing up is over rated anyway.
I own a 73 C3 yellow/dk saddle leather coupe, 93 C4 artic white/red leather vert, 01 C5 navy blue/light gray leather coupe, and an 08 C6 crystal red/cashmere leather vert that I ordered and watched get assembled (buyers tour at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant). I signed parts of it before assembly, applied (with a stamping machine) the VIN to the engine, torque tube and transmission, was the first one to start it, have a photo of the odometer with all zeros, and some actual factory documents including the build sheet and window sticker.
This site is enjoyable reading and shares a wealth of information. Literally every problem or question I have had, has been answered here. I just shared a horn problem I had and solved recently. I will continue helping others if I can, and want to thank all of you who contribute and make life with our corvettes more enjoyable.
