Hello everyone,
My name is Blane and this past Wednesday purchased my very first corvette. A 2001 navy blue metallic convertible with cray wheels. For the time being it is stock except for a different shifter, not quite sure what it is yet, don't believe it is a c6 setup. A little about myself; I am 22 years old and am a mechanic in an independent shop in Winston-Salem, NC. I have always been a Ford guy and still support them very much. My first car was a two door LTD crown Vic that became a street/weekend warrior. Now I also have an 85 ranger with a 302 in it. But the corvette excites me very much so I am hoping to learn more about it and enjoy being part of this forum. Thank you.
