Looking forward to being a member of this forum. Even though I don't have a Corvette now, I am looking to purchase a Stingray Coupe with 7M over the next 1-3 months. I have being researching Corvettes and CPO 911s for over 8 years. Figure it is time to purchase the Corvette; not getting any younger. Looks like many advantages when compared to the 911. Looking forward to getting advice from the group.

I live in DC and looking forward to meeting fellow Corvette enthusiasts in the area!

Tom

Welcome to the forum! It took me a few years of contemplation before taking the plunge. I bought my first vette (a used C6) about 5 years ago. Just last month, I traded it on a new C7. It's a great car and there are some pretty good deals going on right now. Good luck in your search!

Thanks for the note. Have fun with your new car! Enjoy before it gets cold in your neck of the woods.

Drove a 94 LT1 with 51K yesterday July 1st really nice car and priced at $8950 got him down to $8000. Have a buyer for my current daily driver if all goes as planned should pull the trigger on my first Corvette Thursday next week. Car is white with Red Leather, Auto. Drives and runs excellent any particulars on this year and model I should look out for? Thanks for any input in advance, will post pics as soon as the deed is done. Here I go again! Cyclone Ranger Rides again.

Sounds like a nice car. See link below about 1994 C4s and LT1s. I would also get a pre-purchase inspection.
