It's hard to beat a wife saying "I would love for you to have a Corvette" when it has been a dream car your whole life. As an admirer of Corvettes my whole life and really falling in love with the advent of the C5, the time appears to be here for me to finally buy one. I've been reading and researching like mad the last several weeks not as one who wishes to own a 'vette, but one who plans to buy one in the next few months. I've haven't been this excited in a looooooong time. The truth is that I never once saw myself owning one until recently when I came more into the know on how affordable they actually are when when purchasing a used one.
I'll be spending a lot of time on the C6 boards as I start making my way to finding my new daily driver coupe in the coming months.
