Well, just got my first Corvette, but not my first muscle car. Just picked up a 1979 project car that has a straight body and good motor in it. Definitely going to be a lot of work, but me and my son are looking forward to a good father son project. I'm sure I will be asking many questions on here of all the experienced owners about how do things and to get information about various parts on the car as I don't know everything about the Corvette. I had a 1980 Z-28 I rebuilt when I was in college, so I'm guessing a lot of things will be same, but I know a lot will be different. Right now we have nick named the car the Ugly Vette as you can see from the pic it is a bit ugly at the moment.
