Acquired '78 Vette Today
Long story short. My late father-in-law purchased this car after being diagnosed with cancer. It has many issues, but it was the car he always wanted. It was in two different repair shops and never fixed properly (leaks, fuses blowing). It sickens me that he had to wait so long for it to be "fixed" that he was only able to drive it once. I don't know if my wife and I are keeping it or not. I just want to find the best mechanic in the Twin Cities area and finally get this car done right. It's a beauty.

Sorry for your loss. I'm sure he is smiling down at you as he watches you care for his car. I always liked the 78' 25th Anniversary Vettes. Welcome to the CF!
