I have owned my 2012 base C6 coupe 3LT for 3 days now. I purchased it here from a local chevy dealer in CO. It was a cream puff, 2012 with 5400 miles on it. Dual tops, I love the clear one. No visible usage of the interior, not a single scratch or ding..... treated leather.... beautiful.... almost new....
Teri, I'm sorry. I noticed that you entered your name as the driver 1 owner and that you have put on under 600 miles per year as the first owner of this remarkable and visceral beast.
In the 3 days, I have put on 400 miles, taken the car sideways through a turn with multiple corrections needed after; accelerated several times until you could smell it, it's a good smell; smashed my breitling chronomat watch on the driver side window; and heard the tires squeal multiple times under an inexperienced driver's guidance....
And while an amazing chick owned my corvette for it's first first 6 years, I thank you for taking such great care of it and I will love it till my last day, or at least until my family commits me......
Sorry, but thank you, I love you (well, your old car at least)......
Just purchased my first Vette last week. 94 LT1 with 36,000 miles. I have noticed the car runs hotter then the old 350,s of yesteryear. do i have anything to worry about with that temp gage closing in on 240 at times. Checked all coolant levels high and low, filled recovery tank but that temp really rises quick while car is sitting still. Running in open air she backs right back down to 190-195.Checked fans by shorting a/b on wiring harness and fans are working?
