Hello all.
I just purchased my first Corvette, I have always wanted one as far back as I can remember and now it's here.
I have 1992 convertible, I do not know much about the history of this car except that it was previously wrecked and rebuilt. I plan to restore as much of it as I can, so far in the in the last 2 weeks I have pulled the speedometer cluster to restore the UV film on the LCD screen, the task went off without a hitch until I went to put the LCD screen back in and it happened. Needless to say, I sent the next one out to be done professionally. Repaired the horn, installed the airbag (hard to believe this one was allowed to go back on the road without one), and last the headlight dimmer problem (This one I will ask questions about later).
I purchased this one knowing it would be a project car and I am enjoying the work. I am looking forward to getting to know the car and the people on the forum.
