Hey Ya'll,
Recently bought my first Vette, a C3. I've enjoyed this site for some time now and thought I would finally join.
I'm in NC but originally from Chicago suburb.

Thanks fellow Vette men! 
I have a small shop at my house and I do body and paint work. I'll start posting up picks in a few weeks from now....before and after type stuff or whatever is requested along the journey. Going to do a repaint (it's that light blue, all faded an checked but solid and dent/crack free) and looks like I'm going to try that front & back chrome bumper deal from the gentleman down in Fla..https://www.facebook.com/glasworks/
My beast is a well optioned '77 L82,4-sp,blk.interior,a/c car. 64k miles.
When I get close to paint time I'd like to run a "color preference" thread to get folks opinions if that will be ok to do. (?)
I've just redone all the brakes and have received the aluminized tru-dual pipes from CC. Carb is out on the bench. Going to need some wiring straightened out, cars been sitting quite awhile.....
