Finally picked up my first corvette, and it happens to be a 1977 L48 3 speed auto T-top. Mind you I'm only 22 years old and in college, I couldn't wait any longer to get my hands on a vette. 65K original miles.
Any easy mods to do? Bought it with dual exhaust installed already.
I'll say this about mods, as I too was once 22!! Drive it a summer, learn about it and then put together a plan. Sometimes we're so eager to change things some of the early mods are tossed aside as we learn more. (ie; wasted $) I have a college student and know how tight $ can be!

Nice looking '77. with driving the car a while before you jump in and do a bunch of mods. Spend some time in the various C3 sections of the forum, ask questions and learn all about that generation of Corvette. Then develop a plan for changing the car.
Thanks! I bought it last summer and just got around to joining the forum. Drives great and I'm itching to get it out on the road this spring. Drips a little oil and burns a little oil on start up. It has a/c
but doesn't work so I'm thinking about just removing the belt. New t-top seals are getting replaced soon.
