31 years old but been about some speed since i was able to drive, i started with a 02 mustang GT (bunch of basic bolton's), then Mach 1 (mainly stock), then the 03 cobra (tune, pulley, exhaust). sold the cobra about 4 years ago... was ready for speed again, after looking at the pros and cons i went with a Vette, love the look and motor, and when you see it... its one of a kind (mustangs there so many trims) plus wanting to save some money 13k was what i was wanting to stay around, so 03 in good shape was out of the question... i picked up a bone stock 2000 red FRC with 34k miles about 300 miles away and love it. the coupe has always caught my eye and figured why pay more for the Z if im switching heads and cam one day anyway... but i can tell a massive power difference in this an my termi, she put down 460 to the wheel, so not not sure what ill do with the car, wanting around 450hp but not not sure what all it will take to get it, HCI only seem to put you at high 300's... so may have to go charger... but oh, she just getting a billy boat exhaust for now
If horsepower alone is all you want, a supercharger is the cheapest most effective way to get there.
A stock LS1 can easily pick up 100rwhp with a good tune. Of corse headers will get you a few more ponies on top of that.
Im on my phone so I cannot see where your located, but there are many forum vendors across the country that can assist you in this project.
A supercharger install is a bit more than I'm equipped to handle, and I chose Vengeance Racing because of reputation and proximity.
Best wishes,
