New to Corvette
Atlanta area. Inherited a 1980 recently, been sitting for about 3 years. It's in relatively decent shape, body is very good, interior needs to be re-done. Engine runs pretty well but needs a tune up at least. Tranny is good. Working on replacing brakes, specifically in the middle of rebuilding the front calipers.
Eventually I want it to be a sleeper (or as much of a sleeper as a Corvette can be!). Prioritizing, probably headers and exhaust followed by intake, carb, and cam. I am open to suggestions!
First Corvette, hell, first Chevy! Years ago, I had a 66 Mustang and later a 64 Fairlane that I built pretty much from the ground up. Done a lot of work on Chryslers over the years as well.
Glad to have something to tinker on again!
