Got my firsst Vette last week. A 1998 Convertible and love it. Expected mods in the not so distant future. Replace the sound system, cold air intake, exhaust and a tune.
Honestly, the pictures don't do the car justice . But unfortunately someone has already backed into my door. So my body shop guy is search for a door. GM doesn't make them anymore. Does anyone know of any place aftermarket that would carry that door or a used door? A gentleman in his Lincoln Navigator didn't see me at the stop light and from a business backed all the way into the street into my door and almost pulled the skin off with his trailer hitch. So my body guy really thinks I should get another door even though the outside can be repaired. He just thinks he will have issues really getting the whole door back right. Shutting nice and tight, like it did originally.
