At Last
I'm very excited to be a new Corvette owner, a 2018 Grand Sport M7 2LT in Watkins Glen Gray over gray interior. Conscious of the plant shut-down, I ordered the car mid-June and it was delivered 24 days later. Since then I've purchased jacking pucks and other accessories, completed the 500-mile oil change, spent Friday at Corvettes at Carlisle, and have signed up for Spring Mountain. This is an amazing car and a wonderful experience!
As a very long-time lurker, many thanks to the members here for their helpful posts in purchasing and maintaining a new Corvette. The "at last" part speaks to my intent to buy a C6 in 2008, but the Great Recession got in the way. Most of all, a big thank you to my better half, for supporting what is my 2nd "fun" purchase (and still keeping my since-new Miata LS.)
