Hello,
I grew up in the 60's muscle car era and this is my third Corvette. The first (a 1960, 283/270hp) was sold in 1971 in order to pay my last year's tuition at OSU. I did not want to sell it, but I had no choice. The second Corvette (a 1969, 350/350hp) was sold to pay for reconstruction of an old Victorian house in Plain City, Ohio. Now, I have just bought a 2007 z06. The main reason I bought this car (aside from the 505hp LS7) is that it gives me something to focus on as I recover from a stroke 4/9/17. The doctors and others say that I am way ahead of the curve and that I may be back to normal in about a year. About the only trouble I have now are equilibrium problems when I stand still. -Jim

BTW: I now reside in western Tennessee and this is my third (and hopefully, last) farm. I am now 68 and I am getting too old for this. I also own a 1965 Impala SS396, a 1981 El Camino street rod and a 1996 pace truck (number 12) from the Indy 500. -Jim
