Just bought my first corvette!!
Hi everyone,
I just traded in my 2015 mustang GT for a 2014 Stingray Z51. Super excited to get to know the car more and what all of you have learned in your time as Corvette owner. It's been 2 days and already noticing something that I'd like to learn more about:
- I'm having issues with 1st gear popping out and 2nd gear being a little rough...seems i'm not alone and it's already been discussed on the forum so hoping to find a fix/clear answer at some point
- Main reason i wanted the Z51 package was for the dual mode exhaust but when I got to the dealership i found out it was an add on in 2014 so my car doesn't have it. I was too in love with the car and the price to say no but wondering if I'll regret it. Any way to add this item on myself? Any aftermarket solutions?
Anyways, my first act as a C7 owner is next week where i'm getting a detail/ceramic coating done so super excited about that. Sadly, will probably put her away for the winter in a month so need to enjoy the time i do have.
