Default C7 Z06 Convertible

Well I dont know that many people even care about these posts, or remember what they read the next day! Maybe someone will come kill some of their valuable time to read a new thread. Not sure that i would honestly leave the pages of real information to come read a boring newbie post....So ill keep it short and sweet

Owned an 88, and a 90 back in 2000. wrecked the 90 at a measly 40mph and seen the frame fracture in about 100 places. said Ill never own another vette. And then the C7 came out, and so for the last 2 years or so I have been watching youtube videos, observing forum posts forums, and become somewhat obsessed with getting a new vette. Tried a loan a few weeks ago and got shot down, said ill have to wait till next year. Last friday came home and said to myself maybe I should just pass on z06 and go for a grandsport. For the first time I actually LOOKED at the grand sport pricing and heck it wasnt a lot better than the Z06.

SO I found a 17 convertible with 2800 miles on it for $67500, applied for the loan friday at 530pm, got approved sat at 10am.....Yeah so that was fast and actually a little unexpected....So im here, probably hang out with you guys once in a while. Just ordered Corsa extreme exhaust and double helix, stage 2 and 3 spoiler/wickerbill. new Z06 car cover. Probably join a northern california car club.

Yeah so that it....thanks for viewing, see ya in the C7 Z06 forums.....

Well, this isn't Facebook so no Likes here, but in most sections you can click on a Thanks button to show your appreciation for what another member has posted. It is located in the lower right hand corner of each post. There is not a Thanks button in the Intros or Off Topic sections.

And welcome to the forum - congrats on getting your C7 Z06 vert.

For my last few vehicles I have searched many different sites looking for deals, I was even on here looking for a vette. But to be perfectly honest the best deals I have seen, and this is just my experience, is on Cargurus.com. There is many Z06s with light miles that come in in the the low 70k,s.....Goodluck

I'm glad you got your Z06!!! Sounds like a good deal on it. I too have a Z06 convertible and I like it pretty well. Just be careful in the car when you are doing 40 and you should be OK!!
