Hi all,I've owned my 2008 z06 for a couple years,bought her used in Pennsylvania 2 Winters ago.had 38,000 miles. I'm the second owner. I bought her unmolested,but it didn't take long for me to start modding it! I came from a highly modded 05 GTO that had a f1a procharger then twin turbo, I loved my GTO,took it drag racing quite a bit,had timeslips in the 10.4-10.6 range on a stick shift car,it was alot of fun. Anyhow I've always wanted a Z,and I have no regrets moving on to my current car. I do all my own work and use backstreet performance in Medina as my tuner. I've got the typical boltons now with a heads and cam package coming from Tony mamo soon,hope to be in the 600 rwhp n/a.range.Looking to keep her n/a, my GTO was almost too radical and high maintenance,was one of the reasons I sold her. Anyhow my name is Heath, and looking to find some Corvette buddies out there,I live in ne Ohio. Also I'd be interested in any dragstrip track rentals in the Ohio area,I don't mind going to the regular test and tunes,but really don't like dealing with the typical riff raff lol.

Are you getting Tony's LS7 package...like Erik is currently installing on my GTO?

This is what I'm getting from Tony

Assembled MMS ported 265CC ls7 Heads
PAC 650 springs and Ti retainers
Hollow valve upgrade
Manton custom length Pushrods ( 3/8 x .095 wall)
Yella Terra MMS LS7 Ultralight Shaft rockers 1.85 ratio
234/248 .601 .606 116+4 Custom Cam
MMS ported LSA oil pump
Johnson .058 limited travel lifters with AOL
MSD Atomic Airforce Intake Manifold for LS7 103 mm

I'm also adding this

Holley EFI Billet 105mm LS Throttle Body W/Low RPM Taper and Cable Drive

Doing his trickflow heads,yt rockers,Johnson lifters,and a specked out cam from him. Also I'm ditching the 1 3/4 pfadt headers for some 2" arh's per his recomendation.

Yeah pretty close,we got different throttle bodies,my cam is a little different not sure on the lift yet but it's a 242/256 on a 114+3. Cr will be around 12.0 . Should rattle the neighbors pretty good lol. He said about 6 weeks,I just want it around January-early February so I can get it all together before spring.

I have -18cc turbo pistons so will only be about 11.1....glad you are making it more quiet for your neighbor.
