Intro
Hey there, Although a newbee to the forum, I have been an owner since 2001. I recently retired and hope to now have the time to enjoy the vette. I have a 78 base model with the L-82 package. I love the simplicity of it...no sophisticated electronics or electrical systems, just the basics. The first ten years or so I drove the car occasionally cleaned and waxed it and showed it on Saturdays at the local car shows. Now that my daughters are grown and have their own interests the car shows became too much work, so now I just drive it and maintain it.
