Hello Everyone
Hi, I'm a new member here. I've been "lurking" here for years and decided to make it official. I currently have an '05 C6, I bought last January with 13k on it.. I got the Vette bug bad after completely rebuilding an'90 C4 from the frame up over the 3 previous years.. Unfortunately, I sold the C4 due to garage space constraints when I got the C6. I miss her a lot. The C6 though is a phenomenal machine and is amazing.
I've been in the mechanical end of the automotive and heavy industries most of my life having "cut my teeth" as a dealer mechanic when I was younger. After moving on to Heavy Equipment, I spent a fruitful career operating &repairing them, I'm now a retired Operating Engineer.
I've built, driven and raced Drag & Stock Cars. Sports Car racing and Corvette Racing is now a major focus of mine, unfortunately as a spectator.
I look forward to being a member of this respected forum. Thanks for having me. Don.
