Alu motor
Dear members!
I cam across this forum by surfing the net for Lars Grimsrud.
I am not so much a Vette fan, but 100% Chevy BB. I used some "old" engine parts from a 1972 M8F in my Cobra replica in the 90s.
Living in South Africa since 2001 now, where we don'T have many BBs... I miss that sound.
I come from near Mainz, where Rolf has some very selected Corvettes (and so does Jürgen)

I got a bit detached from Chevy V8s here in the southern hemisphere. And hardly any Vettes around either, except by mate racing a '74 with 350 cui.
In my desperation I even worked on FORDs! I hope this forum brings me back on the right track ;-) - lol!

Also, early February we have our biggest vintage race event in Killarney 3 Feb (formerly "David Piper Weekend")
The weekend before in Zwartkops.
