Hey all! I'm a hobby motorcycle/car/plane wrench, biker, and private pilot. Just did a manual swap in my son's 2003 Infiniti G35 and it got me thinking that I want another project/hot rod/cruiser. I've had old muscle cars that I've worked on thru the years (68 Camaro, 69 Chevelle, 69 Nova), but only ever had one vette - an orange 1976 that killed mosquitoes.
So, I think I've settled on wanting a C5. I love the body style and the fact that it has an LS motor. Been reading a lot on the forum and will continue to do so, but I'll probably drop right down to the classifieds as well.
Looking forward to learning. I'm on a number of forums for old Harleys, pilots, and other hobbies. Guess it's time to add the Corvette Forum to the mix!

Welcome and good luck finding your C5. As you may have already found out, the C5 sections have a lot of valuable information posted about that generation of Corvette.
