My uncle had recently passed and I am the new owner of his pride and joy. A 1996 Collector Edition Corvette. It's silver, has 31k miles, garage kept for its entire life. It's a 6 speed and has been used for mostly car shows. I'm here to learn more about the car so any info would be helpful. Right now I am keeping it, at least through the Summer. I've include a few pics of the car.
Welcome to the forum, Misty! Sorry about your uncle's passing, but glad he has someone in the family to serve as caretaker of this very nice C4!
A great place to learn more about your Vette is at https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-1984-1996-19/. Lots of good info and helpful forum members there.
Hopefully you'll end up wanting to hang on to this car, but if you do chose to sell it, I'd encourage you to list it in the C4 For Sale section as well as however you list it locally.
Meanwhile - enjoy your ride and save the wave!

Beautiful Car and perhaps you will become connected and love the car and decide to keep or you decide that it’s not something that you are into and rather sell and do something different with the proceeds.
I did check cars.com and found a 1996 Silver Collectors Edition with 2,900 miles for sale for $30,000 for vs your 33,000 miles.
So use this forum to assist with understanding the value of the car as to not get taken advantage of and also local corvette clubs would be a good source as well as those other corvette owners that knew your uncle.
Sorry for you lost and you must be a great niece for your uncle to leave that beautiful car to you! Good luck with whatever decision you make.
