Hello from Minnesota
Hello Just purchased my first Corvette. It's a 1999 Corvette, black on black with 45,600 miles. It's a family car, bought new by my uncle, sold to my dad, and now owned by me. It's mostly stock except for the rims which were switched out to an all black spoke. Being in MN, it's going to be a summer toy for my me and my wife. I don't have big plans for customizing it, just plan on restoring a few things. Being 20 years old, the door molding is cracking, rubber is showing its age, etc. Going to take it to a local body shop to get some scratches fixed...looks like my dad maybe hit the garage w/ the side mirror. doh! I look forward to finding a local Vette club and taking some evening drives.

Welcome from another Minnesotan. Nice story of how the car is staying in the family. I just got my first vette in March, but a longtime sports car owner. My previous sports car was a Honda S2000 and I had it just over 10 years. My son bought it this spring. So I get the keeping it in the family!!
