Howdy from the natural state.
Newbie to the forum checking in from gorgeous northwest Arkansas, just bought my first vette a month ago. My dad always had a vette my whole life until a few years ago so naturally it was just a matter of time until I got mine since I grew up riding in or driving them.
My baby is a '97 Torch Red with 48,504 miles at time of purchase, in her former life she was a garage queen that still looks new on the inside. Since buying her a month ago I've had all the fluids flushed and re-filled with Mobil 1 or BG products. I also replaced both exterior door mirrors to get rid of the floppy saggy ones. As a result of these two things I've named my girl B.O.A.T..

Anyways she has been more fun than I expected so far and I think she really enjoys her new life of being able to come out and play every day. She is mostly stock except for a k&n filter, the Z06 reps, kooks headers, no cats, and borla muffler. Oh, and the previous owner wrapped the roof panel in carbon fiber-look vinyl, that should be coming off next week when I get the tint redone and a nice clay-bar treatment and polish.
She's already been in a few local events and everyone is always amazed at how good she looks. Next up is new brakes, shocks, and possibly sway bars with a mild drop on the stock bolts. Then, maybe, hopefully a nice little cam someday soon.
