Default Hi from southern Indiana

Hi! I just picked a basket case 1976 Stingray. I hope to learn a lot and get her back on the road.

Welcome to the forum, Tom, and congratulations on your C3!
I looked at your pics. What do you mean a basket case?
Actually, you do have a lot of work ahead of you, but as rkj427 mentioned, there are a lot of great members and helpful information in the C3 section that will be of great benefit to you. Additionally, you may want to keep tabs on the C3 Parts for Sale section for the parts you may need for your car.
Hope you'll post some progress pictures along the way in the C3 section.
Best wishes with your project!

Thanks for the warm welcome! This is my first Corvette so I have a lot to learn. I don't know why my pics aren't showing up...oh well probably better that way. The car looks pretty sad and pathetic, LOL. Most would probably recommend scrapping it.

Hi Tom:
FYI and for others who may want to see the pics, you can go to "View Public Profile" under Toolman Tom and see the pics in your album.
If you have your photos saved, click on the mountain looking icon (next to the smiley face), and then browse under your photos. When you open each one, it should install it on your post. This will be especially helpful as you work with members in the C3 section.
Best wishes, Larry (Route99)
