Hello, everyone. My name is Tony and I'm looking forward to learning from you all. I recently moved to Henderson (Las Vegas) Nevada from Indianapolis. I have always appreciated corvettes - especially older ones. This may be sacrilegious for me to say, but I'm okay if the numbers don't match. My favorite Corvettes are 58, 59, and 60 because of the quad headlights and the big chrome teeth! I've always considered those years to be rolling pieces of art. I wish the 61 had chrome teeth because that's the year I was born. I have finally decided to find the right one for me. I want this to be my daily driver. I'd appreciate knowing if you think I will be able to find my daily driver for $40K. I understand it may be a little battle worn! Anyway, I'm enjoying reading the past posts and conversations. Thanks!
Owned a '59 many years ago, difficult to identify versus a '60...easiest way was by the seats. The '58 with the washboard hood and spears was a bit too much for me, but to each his own.

I agree about the washboard hood and the spears, but the quad lights and the grill are the most important to me. By including the 58 I widen my net a bit! Thanks!

You can always add the teeth to a 60. Same mounting. Good luck in your search.
