Hello from NC!
Hey there! First time 'Vette owner. I'm usually a foreign car guy but the deal was right. Bought a 1989 C4 from an older gentleman who owned it for 20 years. Doesn't run, he had it at a shop having a new exhaust put on when Hurricane Matthew came through 2 years ago. Possibly the VATS system as everything else seems to be ok. Water supposedly didn't even get to the interior but who knows. I cannot seems to find eveidence of moisture, etc. We'll see, for $2500 I figured I could take my time and see what we can do with her...
