Hello and good morning corvette forum! I purchased my first ever corvette and couldn't be happier. Earlier this year I bought a 1 owner 2014 C7 3LT convertible with low miles and it drives like a dream. It has an Edelbrock E-force supercharger installed on it. I already bought a DSX tuning E-85 flex fuel kit so it'll be runnin on some corn in the future. Have yet to install the E-85 kit because I'm going to purchase my ARH LTH system before hand then its going to the shop to get a nice tune I'm located in the pacific northwest region of the country (hence my username) so I only get to drive my vette a couple months out of the year lol. Keeps the miles low I guess. I belong to other forums so I understand how they work and the rules to follow! Any young lads out there driving vettes? I'm 26 and I get some unsuspecting looks when I drive by people with the ragtop down lol. Either way owning my dream car is an absolute blessing. BUT.. I did have an issue with my corvette already.. A couple weeks after getting my car I was doing a small pull and I got a warning message saying "Service power steering" and just like that it went out. Luckily I was almost home so it wasn't a big deal. just had to muscle a couple turns to get home lol. Long story short, took it back to the dealership and the code was telling the mechanics to replace the whole front steering unit. GOOD THING A BOUGHT A WARRENTY. it would have cost a lot of money to replace it. Appearently it was the same module that was defective on the 2016 silverados that caused the issue according to the Chevy mechs. Since the fix ive put around 3000 miles on it and no problems! All my Pics of my build will be on my Instagram so check it out if you'd like @barriosperformance_c7 Have a good day everyone and thank you for reading my intro. post.
