New Member Intro
First off ... confession. I don't own a 'Vette. But I *do* own a '96 first-gen Miata with an LS3 swap (which I did myself, using V8Roadsters excellent kit, and a lot of miscellaneous parts and support from Flyin' Miata). At this point that means there's 462 rwhp in a 2420# car. Thus there are a lot of engine related topics here that are interesting to me.
No traction control in the Miata yet, but I'm working on it. My right foot isn't well trained enough to do the car justice.
I built the Miata as a modern interpretation of a 427 Cobra. But I think a '67 427 'Vette is about 95% as cool. And the C6 Z06 is also an awesome beast.
Other interests include reading (fiction, history, whatever ... voraciously), programming, fitness, listening to good music live or on my awesome stereo, and diy stuff of any nature.
