Hello Y'all!
Im here for 2 reasons... #1) Im an upholsterer with a 74 Corvette in my shop.. and working on the door panels. Since I already found a post that answered my current query... I wanted to say THANK YOU!! (How to attach the upper door panel inner felt strips?) I actually needed to know how to get them OFF, and after reading this -- I opted to cut the staples off with my dremel and will worry about how to reattach later. Its been over 20 years since I've messed with a door panel and this being a corvette.. my caution borders on full blown paranoia.
#2) The owner of this car is the sweetest 72 yr old guy who doesnt do tech. So Ive been showing him pics online to help him choose "styles" to make this car his own. So, while I am not an "owner" - I pray you all will have mercy on me and let me peruse this forum for answers when needed, so I can give this guy his dream car.

PS.. Ugh! I think I made boo-boo and made a new thread.. geez.. I'm sorry -- Admin - when you see this -- please fix it?? It should go with INTROS..
