Hello from Red Bank NJ. Recently joined the C7 Z06 1LZ A8 (it's faster) Resell Red community and have been busy getting some personalization done to my bucket list dream car. It started with adding GM mud flaps, then full XPEL wrap and ceramic coating, then full window tint, full weathertech laser-etched mats, just yesterday upgraded to level 3 areo and the GM Cold Air Intake is on order. As many have found out before me, this car is such fun to drive, it just makes me giggle every time I take it out and wow, already getting comments around town about the Red with level 3 areo. I am now thinking about the DSC controller, but with the 2019, I already have the updated Magna Ride settings so.... Hope to see fellow members around the Red Bank NJ area (best place in NJ to live).

Off the line the AMG is quicker, it's got great all-wheel drive, and the 9speed dual-clutch shifts violently fast, but by 25 the Z as the AMG and its never close after that. Funny story, earlier this summer after driving the z06 for a few days back to back I took the amg to the dealer and said there has to be something wrong with the transmission, its lost the mid-range torque punch it used to have. Two days later they came back and said car is fine. I drove it home, then got back in the Z and it clicked, the Z just has so much more torque you can feel the difference. Cars are just fantastic.
