Hi to all. My name is Tony and I am from Vermilion, Ohio a small town on the shores of Lake Erie. We (when I say we I mean my wife and I
) just purchased our first Corvette ever and I couldn't be more excited to own a piece of this great american icon. It is a 2001 Dark Bowling Green Metallic with light oak interior and top, automatic trans with just under 32,000 miles. And from what I understand there were only 919 of the DBGM ones built in 2001 with only 476 of them being convertibles (please correct me if I am wrong). After 36 years I can't believe there is a corvette sitting in my garage. I have always had a passion for the Corvette but was never able to afford one until now. It brings a smile to my face and a wave or thumbs up from others when they see it. I have a bunch of questions to ask and can't wait to dig into the forums to find out more about my car and others and their owners. Here in Vermilion we have a "Vettemilion show" downtown once a year in July and have always attended without a Corvette. Now I can't wait to proudly display mine next year. I look forward to meeting other owners and the stories and cars they have to share.

I will definitely be there next summer. The show is scheduled for Saturday July 18th, 2020. Maybe I will see you there
