Hi everyone. I just purchased my first corvette, a 2003 black z06 (build date 02/03). Ever since i first saw the C5 get released back in high school its been my dream to own one, and finally after 20 something years my dream has become reality. Better late then never! lol
I currently own a 2002 camaro ss 6 spd t-top with 20k miles which i love and it will pain me to have to sell it for the z06.
I've been looking for a long time to find one once i found this one i knew it would be it. It is 100% stock 1 older owner (now 60 yrs old) with 5k miles was stored in a climate controlled garage most of its life and driven once in a while to keep things lubricated. I had to fly to northern idaho from las vegas to meet with the owner and inspect the car, arrange shipping back to las vegas and then fly back. It was a bit of a hassle but was all worth it. I haven't even gotten a chance to register and insure it yet but am very excited and look forward to communicating with fellow corvette owners in this forum.
