Forrest From Texas. Just bought my first Vette a few weeks ago. It's a white 74 L82, with Auto, it was difficult to secure a 4 speed and not pay an enormous premium around my area. Anyway, i have wanted one since I drove a 78 pace car (friend of my Dad's) in 78. I was 17, now 58. yea, long time, family, kids, house kinda delays things. I usually show, race, track days, with my current car a 2012 Camaro RS, prepped for Track. yes, it's fast! also my daily. I ride bikes, current one a Goldwing (travel across country when work allows). Fix/modify bikes, cars with my "me" time. Ride bike on the weekend and show the vette at a local hangout on Saturday nights. Or hang with my Camaro club when an event is scheduled. Former Chevrolet tech for 14 years until I switched into IT.
