Hi everybody! I finally got a corvette. I found a 2004 C5Z for a great price. I’ve had nothing but big diesel trucks for the last 17 years and am still shocked at how little respect you get on the road in a car but the adrenaline rush makes it all worth it. 3 weeks after I bought it the harmonic balancer developed a wobble and started tossing belts. So I did what any other sane person would do ..... I told my wife the car needs a ATI super damper, A&A supercharger, Long tube headers, and a stage 3 cam kit or it won’t run anymore... haha
. I hope to have it back after tuning in a couple of weeks. Any ideas on what power it should be making roughly? We are staying around 8 psi, going with 60# injectors and fairly conservative on the tuning.
You should check out the C5 section for forced induction. Those guys will have alot of answers and opinions for you. This forum has a wealth of information.
My guess is around 550 hp.
