Last week I drove to the LA area to visit an old Army buddy. He has two Corvettes, a 2015 C7 and a 2000 convertible C5. He let me drive the C5 and I became hooked. This past Saturday I bought a 2003 C5 convertible 50th Anniversary edition with 41K miles on it. It's a super clean car, but I have to put some new shocks on it. It has the F55 magnetic damping shocks on it now and it's throwing a code. Anyway, glad to be added to the forum. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and good choice in a C5. You’ll find the magnetic ride shocks are extremely expensive - check out the C5 sections for options on using regular shocks on the car.
