Over the years I have owned many Special Interest and/or Classic Automobiles. I am semi-retired and wanted to get my next Special Ride. After a lot of thought, I ended up purchasing a 1966 Corvette Coupe! I call her Suzie and she’s a Red-Head. Numbers matching L79 (327ci/350hp), Close Ratio Muncie T21 with Posi (3.70 gears). It’s in Grade 2 condition and am busy fixing some of its short comings (new Power Antenna, Clock and such. I love the sound of the lumpy L79 at idle. The high revving 327 and the whine of the Muncie gives me Goose Bumps!

I also had a couple with the L79 and agree it was one nice sounding engine and pretty peppy, too!
