long time lurker. Going to be buying next spring, so I thought I would join early so I am taken serious when I contact future seller. No Colo. but relocating to WY soon. Greetings all.

If you are in a position to purchase a little earlier, wintertime is often a good time to buy; especially in more northern climates. Some people are more prone to sell when they are in a season when they cannot drive their cars.

that's a good tip....selling our house in CO and will have the funds and chomping at the bit if not swallowing it.....but might have to be more patient
