I have to admit, I never thought much of Corvettes and didn't understand the popularity and loyalty, other than the looks, because my only experience with Vette was in a friends ~1980 Vette and it was a rattle trap. Recently a friend of mine with a C6 told me you have to drive one to understand, and he threw me his keys. After that it all makes sense, and here is what I picked up last week
Welcome! I also did not understand "corvette fever", but I got it bad now! Sadly I think my case is uncurable. I saw a C7z in my C6 color combo, white with red and black, and fell in love. Trying hard to forget its beauty. Just got my base sorted. Beat on it hard for 3+ hours on the track, the car was happy and wanted more, front tires not so much. Good luck and have fun, with your "fever"!

Thanks, you too. The thing is, it is contagious, my son now has the fever too.
