I'm 64 years old and always wanted a Corvette. My classic dream would be to own a mint 1962, but that's not in the budget. I'm not getting any younger and saw this clip on Youtube.
Welcome to the Forum, Bernie, and congratulations on your nice C5! A very nice Christmas present, and a keeper wife!
Lots of great members and helpful C5 information at https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...s-1997-2004-2/.
Thanks all! Just started reading teh owners manual the 2nd time and that C% info page on teh little things you don't know. Haven a couple of cosmetic things to fix, but teh only bigger job I got right now is to fix the seats from sliding back and forth. Already ordered the bushing kit and looking forward to fixing that. Everything else works and the car has been well maintained and cared for. Got a few repair manuals on order and fixing to download the service manual.
Was an Mazda MX5 owner for 15 years and always wanted to move up with the big boys. Here I am, have a well equipped garage and skills and ready to get started. Appreciate the tons of info on here.
