I've been stalking the for sale pages for quite a long time. Hopefully I will be able to pull the trigger in the spring so I just wanted to avoid the inability to PM. I have noticed that folks are pretty easy going on here and are seemingly willing to help as well as be a source of support and ridicule as appropriate. Both are needed for a satisfactory relationship in my opinion.
