I just purchased a 2011 Grand Sport and was excited to find this forum when I started looking to buy a Corvette a few months ago. Few car communities have this type of experience left and I'm excited to join in on the fun and attend many events now that I have my own.
Here are the only photos I have so far from the night I bought it. I'm excited to get it plated so I can take it to get detailed and have a mechanic go through it.
Thanks for the kind words. I've been making a list (and checking it twice) of mods that I want to do. Last year I rented a C7 Stingray which had the NPP exhaust and that is one option I definitely want to add to this car. The stock, non-NPP exhaust doesn't do this LS3 any favors. I wish there was a way to add it with the RPM-based cutover but from what I can tell, I'll be using the "NPP in a box" and control it solely based off a M2W-style remote. More research to do because I would love to have a physical switch/button somewhere.
For the time being, I've ordered decals to apply over a couple of the climate control buttons which are flaking off and a TopFlight removable mount for the front plate I'll need to add.
