I've been poaching this site for months using it for tips while working on my recently purchased 1994 C4. 1st time owner of a Corvette, been my dream since I was 12. Decided to join. Thanks for the help, I'm almost done with my initial list of repairs. Never really done though are we? Saving $$$ for more upgrades, Thanks again folks.

Welcome to the Forum, Ren, and congratulations on your C4!
Glad the Forum info has helped you with you have already done to your car. It has been very helpful for me, too.
Lived in Louisville back in the late 70s while attending UofL. Still enjoy getting back there occasionally.
New exhaust, mirrors, weatherstripping, air damn, badges, headlight motor gears, carpet on speakers, and interior plastic pieces. Waiting for the snow to melt to mount new wheels/tires and do a brake job. Getting some small upholstery and body work done. Headers and tint to come.
Question- put new window guide in and the cylinder/washer for the back nut wouldn’t fit snug. Left it out, slapped on a plastic washer and window doesn’t bang A frame anymore and goes up and down. Will excluding this piece cause me problems down the road? Door panel ribs fixed but panels are still off.
Thanks guys!
